We are looking for a Landscape Architect to join our small team at First Pen Studio. If you have a minimum 3 years experience in a landscape architecture office, a high level of technical skills, an innovative approach and demonstrated experience working on projects from concept through to construction… we’d love to hear from you!

We design contemporary landscape architecture for private, affordable & commercial residential projects in Atlantic Canada. We enjoy working collaboratively on a variety of exciting projects with private clients, housing associations, developers and architects with an exceptional eye for design. 

We are looking for someone who:

• is an excellent landscape architect;
• enjoys working on all aspects of a project; 
• wants to continue learning and developing as a LA;
• gets excited by design discussions; 
• will live in Nova Scotia; and
• will enjoy coffee meetings on the wharf on Lunenburg’s waterfront!

You must have:

• a degree and / or Master’s degree in landscape architecture;
• have or be on the path to obtaining full membership with a CSLA component organisation;
• a clear passion for landscape architecture and design;
• excellent creative, design, sketching, verbal and interpersonal skills; and
• excellent AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion / Twinmotion skills.
